Our parking lot sweeping division provides cleaning services for all kinds of paved surfaces, municipal streets, warehouses, universities, hospitals, and shopping centers. We use, Tymco CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) and Nitehawk LPG (Liquid Propane Gas), alternative fuel street sweepers, with dual gutter brooms, which helps remove trash and debris from curbs and storm drains. Each municipal street or parking lot needs regularly scheduled power sweeping, to avoid an accumulation of dirt and debris.  Our customized sweeping maintenance services are designed to clean and sweep your municipal streets, airports, and parking lots, so they will be ready for the next day’s customers.  We service and clean everything from, municipal streets, shopping malls, neighborhood shopping centers, homeowner associations (HOA), industrial parks, parking structures and many more.

Our parking lot sweeper team normally consists of two — a driver and a detailer. The detailer caries, a Greenworks electric/battery powered, handheld or backpack blower and is responsible for cleaning areas that are inaccessible to sweeper trucks, such as sidewalks, parking lot corners, etc. The driver, power sweeps the parking lot, driveways, and docking areas.
